Payment with bank buttons (Paytrail):
The Paytrail payment forwarding service forwards your payment to the merchant. You have the payment buttons of all banks at your disposal. Paytrail is a safe payment method for you. Pursuant to the transition provision of the Payment Institutions Act, the service is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. After choosing a payment method from the options offered by the merchant, the payment transaction is transferred to the payment method's system. After you accept the payment and return to the online store, the payment is immediately recorded as completed for the merchant. The payment is made to an account managed by Paytrail, from where it is transferred to the merchant. Safe, easy and fast!
Payments by credit cards (Paytrail):
Payments can be made with all Luottokunta cards. The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and delivers the products to the buyer, as well as fulfills the legal and other obligations related to the store as defined by itself.
When you are registered as a business customer, direct invoicing can also be agreed upon as your payment method. Activating a company invoice always requires contacting customer service before the first purchase. We also perform a credit check, after which we make the final decision on business invoicing. Company invoices are generally sent electronically or by e-mail, payment period 14 days. The customer submits the invoicing information to the automaalit.net customer service.
Paypal is an easy and safe way to pay for your purchases. You can also make quick purchases with Paypal.
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. However, the right of return does not apply to made/tinted paints. For a return against the terms and conditions that concerns tinted/made paints, we charge the customer the price of the product. Always contact our customer service to agree on the details of the return.
The returned product must be unused and unchanged. The money will be returned after we have received the return and verified that it is in good condition in all respects. The money will be returned using the corresponding payment method with which the purchase was originally made.
Shipping costs are charged for the return package, even if the customer return is made within 14 days. The shipping cost charged for the return package is €9.90, this cost is deducted from the amount of the returned products, when the money is returned.
New delivery costs will be charged for resending an undelivered package, depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer, the cost is either €9.90, €14.90 or €17.90
If the product you received is broken or defective or you received the wrong product as a collection error, you can send it as a customer return to our customer service for investigation. Ask customer service for more detailed instructions. If the error is the supplier's, we will deliver a new one or refund the delivery.
If you have made a complaint about the product, do not use the product while the complaint is being processed. If the product is used, we will not reimburse the resulting costs or be responsible for any problems. Regarding a complaint made due to a tone error in tinted paint: Do not continue using the paint after you have verified the tone error, if the paint is still used, we will not replace it or other materials that you have had to use for the painting. Pictorial proof is always required for a complaint, and the possibly defective product must be returned, do not throw the product away, otherwise a possible compensation cannot be made. By accepting the terms of delivery, you also agree to use products with a VOC value exceeding 420 g/liter only in the following objects or for painting the following objects:

The register is used for customer relationship management, customer contact and marketing. The information in the register is used for Automaalit.net's own direct marketing, unless the customer has prohibited direct marketing. Automaalit.net's customer data is not disclosed to outside parties. Automaalit.net uses this and other information generated during the customer relationship to plan the product and service offer and to target the offer.
