Troton 2K-Acid primer, 1.2L

Troton's chromate-free acid primer 0.8L + activator 0.4L. Provides an excellent adhesion base and rust prevention. Fiberglass, zinc, aluminum, other steel surfaces. It is recommended to add Troton Filler on top of the acid.

• Mixing ratio: 2:1
• After mixing, the paint must "ripen" for 10-15 minutes before spraying!
• Injection viscosity: 17-19s DIN4 20c
• Usage time: 24h at +20 degrees
• Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4mm
• Layers: 1-2, thin layers, this paint is not covering, so the base remains visible from below
• Dry film thickness: 30-40my
• Evaporation time: approx. 5-10 minutes between layers. Before injecting the filler approx. 15-30 min
• Drying time: at +20 degrees: dust dry approx. 15min, dry approx. 1h
• Topcoat must NOT be painted directly on top of acid primer, e.g. filler or wet-on-wet primer must be painted on top.
• Epoxy primer must NOT be painted over acid primer.
