Mipan CC9 acrylic clear lacquer and Mipan HS25 0.5L hardener in a convenient package!

CC9 acrylic clear varnish is a quality product of the new age that falls below the VOC emission limits. Varnish is suitable for patching and overpainting. The package gives an excellent shine and excellent protection against mechanical and chemical stress. Suitable for both water- and solvent-based paints. This package makes 1.5 liters of finished varnish.

Instructions:

Mixing ratio: overcoating 2:1 with Mipa 2K-HS 25 hardener. Thinning 0-5%
Coverage 10-12 m2/liter
Spraying: HVLP 2.5-3 bar pressure, nozzle 1.3 - 1.4 mm, Spraying times 1.5 (gauze + wet).
Use time of the mixture: 2.5 h with HS 25 hardener (+20c degrees)
Evaporation time: 1-3 min between spraying times. 10-15 min before IR/oven drying
Drying times: dust dry 25-35 min, contact dry 1-1.5 h and processing dry 24 h (+20c degrees).
Touch dry 15 min at +60c degrees
Dry film thickness: 50 - 60 my
Pour the varnish through the color filter!
