Tips for a better result:
First, sand the surfaces to be plastered with one of these P.80, P.120 or P.180 papers. Wipe the surface to be glazed with silicone detergent . Apply several thin layers of putty, preferably rather than one thick one. When the putty is dry, sand the surface of the putty smooth, preferably by hand using a sanding pad, with sandpaper P. 240 and P. 320.
If you putty aluminum or zinc surfaces, you can increase the adhesion by spraying Mipa EPX epoxy primer before the putty.
