The renewed tinting system has a complete color selection of metallic and pearlescent colors, as well as significantly improved color accuracy. Profix 2G dries quickly and has very good coverage, even in the most difficult colors of all. Profix is ​​also perfect for spot painting and fading.

Our Profix color library contains more than 5,000 painted color models, which we can use to find out even difficult shades if the color code is not known. The color chart is constantly updated, which guarantees better color accuracy. You can send us e.g. the color of the tank door for clarification.

Instructions for painting:
1st layer : Gauze, quick and light layer of paint. Let the base sound a little through.
2nd layer : Wet, immediately after the gauze, no intermediate evaporation. This layer is "full", and the bottom must not be heard through anymore. You can repeat this step if the surface does not look good.
3rd layer : Droplet, where after the wet layers, take an intermediate evaporation for 10-15 minutes. Drop the injection pressure by 1.5 bar, but otherwise keep the injector settings the same. The drop gets the metal/pearl in the "right position" and prevents clouding. After the drop, the surface looks so-called on the orange surface, due to the fact that there is a lot of color on the surface, sprayed with low pressure. When it dries, the surface becomes perfectly smooth!
4th layer : Varnish. When the color mass has dried completely, the surface is varnished. We recommend using HS clear varnishes.

Technical information for the painting:

• Thinning 5-15% with CP010 thinner
• Nozzle size: 1.2mm-1.4mm
• Layers: 1-3 or 1-4 depending on the coverage of the color
• Mix very well, and check the shade before painting!
• Pour the paint through the color filter!
• Choose the CP012 accelerator if you want to speed up drying

The product is spray-ready, i.e. the product is already thinned.
