Troton C38 VHS Clearcoat, developed based on the wishes of car painters!

Troton has developed C38 VHS clearcoat completely based on the wishes and feedback of professionals, it is a completely new clearcoat!

C38 Clearcoat has been combined with two big wishes, fast drying, but long potlife (i.e. the use time of the mixture) C38 VHS Clearcoat has also developed other properties, it evens out very easily even if the spray mark is not perfect and because of the composition it does not start to run easily. Not to mention, excellent adhesion to modern water-based color compounds.

• Size: 5 liters + 2.5L hardener
• Mixing ratio: 2:1, dilution 0 - 10%
• Operating time: 3.5 hours at 20°C
• Drying time: 3 hours at 20°C or 15 minutes at 60°C
• Final hardness: 7 days at 20°C
• Layers: 1.5+1, i.e. gauze + wet and, if necessary, wet
• Time between floors: 5 - 10
• Nozzle size HVLP: 1.3 - 1.4mm injection pressure 2bar.
