Troton Master HS Clearcoat 1L + Hardener 0.5L + Thinner 0.5L

The popular Troton Master HS high-gloss acrylic clearcoat package.

The package contains 1L of Troton's top varnish, hardener 0.5L, and thinner 0.5L. The package gives the painted surface a good shine and durability.

• Mixing ratio: 2:1, dilution 0-10%
• Nozzle size: 1.3-1.4mm
• Injection pressure: 2-3bar
• Spraying times: 2 wet coats
• Evaporation time: 5-7 min between layers, 5-10 min before baking (baking not mandatory)
• Drying time at +20 degrees: dust dry 10-12 min, contact/installation dry 6-8 h
• Drying time at +60 degrees: 25 min
• Dry film thickness: 60 my
• Potlife: 7h at +20 degrees
• Pour the varnish through the color filter !

Tip for a better result:

Thin the varnish approx. 5-10%, increase the spray pressure to 2.5 bar (make sure the spray pressure is 2.5 bar, the compressed air hose consumes pressure approx. 1 bar for every 10 meters). Spray two full coats of varnish, keeping a 5-7 minute break between coats. The spray mark must be very overlapping when going from right to left and from left to right, the overlap can be up to 40%!
