Mipa 2K-Multifiller primer/sanding paint 1L VH

Mipa 2K Multifiller is a fast-drying, multi-purpose sanding and wet-on-wet filler.

Wide adhesion: can be used directly on steel, iron, aluminum and galvanized surfaces.

Adhesion also to plastic grades commonly used in the automotive industry (e.g. PP-EPDM, ABS, PC, ABS-PC, PMMA, PUR, PVC and GRP).

Wide range of use: can be used as a sanding paint or as a wet-on-wet filler paint.

Mixing ratio: MIPA Multifiller is mixed with MIPA 2K-HÄRTER H10 Kurz (fast) or H5 extra Kurz (very fast) hardener in a ratio of 4:1. HS10 with hardener in a 6:1 mixing ratio.

• Thinning:
• - sanding paint 25-35 s DIN 4 mm (increase approx. 0-5% 4:1 or 5-10% 6:1 HS)
• - for wet-wet 15-20 s DIN 4 mm (increase approx. 10-15% 4:1 or 25-30% 6:1 HS)
• - for plastic surfaces 15-20 s DIN 4 mm (increase approx. 10-15% 4:1 or 25-30% 6:1 HS)
• Injection pressure: 1.6 - 2 bar
• Nozzle size: 1.2 – 1.8 mm
• Injection times: 1-3
• Evaporation interval: 5 - 8 min between layers (10 -15 min before baking)
• Use time of the mixture: approx. 1 h at room temperature (20 °C)

Dry film thickness: Depending on the purpose of use 20 – 180 μm- as a sanding paint 60-180 μm- wet-on-wet as a filler 40-60 μm- on plastic surfaces20-30 μm

Drying time: (+20oC temperature) Sanding dry 4 - 5 h, as a wet-wet method, the surface painting can be done in 15 - 20 min. after
