Mipa Nanolacquer CS44 1L

MIPA Nanolacquer CS44 is a really durable and easy-to-clean clear lacquer based on innovative nanotechnology. This clear varnish offers excellent protection against mechanical wear, such as micro-scratches and chemical stress. For example, regular car washing does not affect the appearance of the surface in the same way as a surface varnished with traditional clear lacquer. In addition, the surface repels dirt better.

MIPA Nanolacquer CS44 is ideal for use in high-quality overpainting and underpainting, such as on the surfaces of cars, motorcycles and sleds and heavy vehicles. It provides excellent protection for various constructions and components, such as painted car interiors, motorcycle tanks and objects subject to rough handling. The product is very weather-resistant and suitable for use over both solvent and water-based paints.

In addition, MIPA Nanolakka CS44 falls below EU and US emission limits (VOC < 420g/ltr).

• The size of the jar is 1 liter.
• Pretreatment: the surface to be varnished must be dry, grease-free and dust-free
• Mixing ratio 2:1 with Mipa HS25 or HS35 hardener. Spot painting with HS 10 hardener
• Thinning: 10-15% with acrylic thinner
• Injection viscosity: 20-22s 4mm DIN
• Coverage: 10-12m²/litre
• Injection pressure: 2.5-3 bar, side air 2-3 bar
• Evaporation time: 5-10 min between layers
• Use time of the mixture: 2.5 h with HS25 and HS35 hardener, 1 h with HS10 hardener
• Dry film thickness: 50-60μm.
• Drying at +20 degrees: dust dry 30 min, touch dry 12 h, handling dry 24 h
• Drying at +60 degrees: dust dry 5 min, touch dry 30 min, handling dry 2 h
